School is in full force at my house. This means long days filled with school activities, sports, homework, after-school activities and high school football games. Two kids nine years apart with different needs and different schedules means this busy mom sometimes needs help with dinner; a healthy one at that. Thankfully, there’s Wendy’s. Yes, you can make healthier food options at a fast food restaurant for your little loves.
As a mom who is very health conscious, it’s so great to know that I can feed my kids healthier options, when I am on-the-go. Us busy moms need less stress in our lives, right? Wendy’s Kids' Meals offer several healthy options that parents can mix and match. This is great, especially since most kids do not agree on the same choices, or like the same foods. Well, at least mine seems to fit that bill. Kids can choose from a Hamburger, Cheeseburger, Chicken Wrap; which is also available grilled, four-piece Chicken Nuggets or two-piece Chicken Tenders.
Instead of fries, they can choose apple bites, or a strawberries & blueberries seasonal fruit cup. Last but not least, they can choose Shamrock Farms milk; which includes nine essential nutrients and 7 grams of high quality protein. Or, an Honest Kids Juice Pouch that has less sugar when compared to other juice drinks. My kids love Honest Kids Juices.
Each kids meal also contains a Creative Play Kids’ Meal toy that promote simple, creative play and even gives parents fun activities to do with their kids.
So, if you are a busy mom like me, and I am sure you are, head to Wendy’s when you are feeling the stress of “what’s for lunch” or “what’s for dinner.” Wendy’s has got you covered.
