Christmas Lights on Valmont Drive: From Foothill , go north on Shamrock . It will become Norumbega Rd take that north, make a left on Valmont
Pasadena:
Christmas Star: Altadena Drive & Glen Canyon Road, Altadena. A large star tops an electric Christmas tree overlooking Eaton Canyon.
Star of Palawoo: Above Loma Alta west of Marengo, Altadena.
Christmas Tree Lane: Santa Rosa Avenue, Altadena. One mile of giant deodar trees are festooned by volunteers every year. Stars of David mark the entries.
Balian House: Mendocino Lane & Glenview Terrace, just east of N. Allen Avenue, Altadena. This is one of the most elaborate, eclectic displays around!
Bungalow Heaven neighborhood: 1000 block of N. Michigan Avenue (Ferris wheel, Santa's covered wagon, and comic characters on the roof) and 900 block of N. Michigan Avenue, Pasadena (Electric trees, candy canes, cascading lights)
East Pasadena: Las Lunas Street just west of N. Allen Avenue, Pasadena. Angels, choir boys, and a playhouse to peek in, and Monte Vista Street just west of N. Allen Avenue, Pasadena.
Upper Hastings Ranch: Enter from E. Sierra Madre Boulevard, Pasadena. Each Street has a theme for the parking area, and many homes have beautiful displays in addition.
A Majestic Stroll: Saint Albans Road, San Marino

The Marina's boat parade celebrates offers LA's most centrally located collection of floating light displays, preceded by fireworks over the water.
