Celebrate Dr. Seuss' birthday and Read Across America Day on March 2nd by making a Cat in the Hat Pizza!
Ingredients:
Pizza dough
Shredded Mozzarella cheese
Pizza sauce
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 425. Roll out the pizza dough using some olive oil. Use a your hands to shape it into a top hat on a cookie sheet.
2. Spread sauce over the pizza dough. Make “stripes” with the cheese.
3. Bake for about 15 minutes or until cheese is fully melted and crust is golden.
